Most likely due to the graphics card to the premium HDTV and HD movies play compatible card needs .... Even if you are using Windows Vista, then it is likely that more RAM ..
I recommend you try searchig forums on sites such as extremehardware, Tomshardware for someone who has the same problem and got past it ..
